About Us
- SSIMA Project (Integrated Health Services of Mayagüez) attached to Migrant Health Center, Inc. since 1995. Our project is directed and specialized at people living with HIV/AIDS. It is subsidized with Ryan White Part C funds, which makes it easier for patients of any economic level to access services.
- Our Goal is to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS through integrated health services with respect, sensitivity and focused on well-being.
- Requirements to enter the program: (1) Being HIV Positive, (2) Evidence of income, (3) Evidence of residence, (4) Authorizing by signed consent, to receive medical services and case management.
