RADIOLOGY
We have a Radiology and Sonogram Department that provides high-definition digital images. We perform obstetric, renal abdominal and pelvic sonograms, endovaginal and thyroid sonography, among others. We accept most health care plans. To request our services, a medical order or referral is required, as applicable.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is Health! Healthy eating habits, as well as practicing physical activity is one of the pillars to optimum health, as well as the individuals physical and mental development. A certificated nutritionist will receive you in our clinics to help you develop better management of your diet. Contact your nearest clinic for hours of services appointment details.
HEALTH EDUCATOR
The Health Educator’s goal is to promote, maintain, and improve individual and community through the educational process. Our health educators are at the disposal of the community, to request information, contact our nearest clinic.

FAMILY PLANNING

SOCIAL WORKER
Social work is a profession based on practice and academic discipline that promotes social change and development, social cohesion and the strengthening of people. The social worker is an integral part of MIGRANT's behavioral health program
BUPRENORPHINE PROGRAM
Program that provides medically assisted Suboxone medication, directed to heroin users or any other opioid. The program’s goal is to improve health by integrating primary care, pharmacotherapy, and mental health services.
MEDICATION HOME DELIVERY
We have “home” prescription delivery services. To receive related orientation, contact the MIGRANT pharmacy of your choice. Certain restrictions apply depending on regulations and medical plans.
IN HOME LAB SERVICES
We have the “In home lab services”, where we can take blood sample, perform COVID-19 testing and medical certificates. To receive an orientation, contact the pharmacy of your choice. Certain restrictions apply depending on regulation and medical plans.
MEDICATION REFILLS
You can process your medication refill at any of our pharmacies. for more information, contact any one of MIGRANT’s pharmacies.
MOBILE UNIT
MIGRANT has various mobile units with the capacity to deliver primary health care and dental services to the community, at hard-to-reach areas and health fairs.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Case managers assess individual needs and assist each patient and their family in the continuity of health care. The staff is responsible, when necessary, to coordinate, support and assist with a service plan.
MAMMOGRAM
It is recommended that women over the age of 40 get a screening mammogram every year. Before scheduling your medical appointment, consider contacting your insurance provider to find out about coverage for routine mammograms.
"SCHOOL-BASED SERVICES"
This school-based project provides health care services as well as mental health services to students, staff members, and surrounding communities.
POST-COVID19 CLINIC
Evaluation by case management, screening for cases with residual symptoms, medical evaluation (in person or telemedicine), specialized referral (cardio, pulmonology, rehabilitation therapy) and follow-up evaluation.
PREVENTION DEPARTMENT
Clinical case management, coordination of ancillary services (Nutritionist, Health Educator, Social Worker), weight control talks, Post-COVID-19 care clinics, directed medical care, individualized care plans, among others.
